Wholesale Guidelines
WHOLESALE GUIDELINES
Thank you for your interest in buying our wholesale soap. We do not maintain a wrapped inventory of wholesale soap, so please allow up to two weeks (depending on order size and time of year) for your order to be wrapped and shipped.
All our soaps are available for wholesale purchase, so review the retail site for your options.
Our minimum order is $100, and scents can be selected in multiples of 3 wrapped bars each. Shipping charges for wholesale soap orders are actual shipping costs, plus insurance and/or tracking charges. Please note that the maximum $60.00Â purchase on the retail site is for retail customer orders only, and not store owners.

To Place an Order:Â Send us a jpg or pdf of your Resale License information via email.Â
Payment Terms:Â We accept pre-payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment terms are available to governmental and non-profit groups with orders submitted to us in writing, and that contain appropriate authorizing signature(s).
- Payment is due when you receive your invoice, or you order online, Payment will be with credit card.Â
- Net Terms are available to select customers for larger orders over $500, please contact us if you would like to discuss this option.Â
- Wholesale orders are exempt from free shipping and coupons.Â
- We do not accept coupons for wholesale orders, originating on our site or any other site.Â
Return Policy:Â Due to the fact that all orders are custom cut and wrapped for you, and the very nature of the natural personal care products we sell, we cannot accept returns. If we ship something incorrectly to you, of course these items should be returned to us, and at our cost. We recommend that you buy small amounts of a fragrance or soap variety when you buy our soap for the first time so that you confirm that it is what you want, and what you want to sell.
If there is any issue with your order please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide invoice number, and photo proof of any damages to the products, and boxes, or otherwise so we may make a claim with our shipper.
Order cancellations must be requested prior to your order being processed. Orders cannot be cancelled once items are shipped. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
